Banglalink Digital Communications Limited. (“Banglalink”) has developed this Salesforceapp (‘Salesforceapp’ or ‘App’) which is a digital platform intended for it’s sales personnels for conducting various activities including but not limited to, daily retail transactions, viewing reports, collecting market information and network status, registering their presence in their designated work station/field, etc. This Salesforceapp Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how and when Salesforceapp collects, uses, and protects the information you provide or that is collected through Salesforceapp. This includes current features and services, as well as any future developments offered by Salesforceapp. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and treatment of your information. By using or accessing Salesforceapp, you consent to our collection, use, processing and disclosure of information as described in this Policy.

• Information You Provide: This includes, but not limited to, your name, date of birth, NID number, email address, physical address, other identification numbers, salary, nationality, biometric information, and contact number. We collect this data when you register, login to Salesforceapp, use our features, services, or participate in surveys.

  Take note that we use your information to operate and improve the App's features; to personalize your experience with the App to send you notifications, updates, or promotional materials (if any); for analytics purposes to understand how the App is used.

• Device Information and Permissions: We may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, device type, operating system, app usage and/or any other diagnostic data. You hereby consent to allow Banglalink to use the information for the following purposes:
  
  • INTERNET: Access for data fetching and sending to our servers. Access to get data from servers and shows in app.
  • GPS_LOCATION & BACKGROUND_GPS_LOCATION: To provide location-based services for navigation and feature usage.
  • READ_SMS: For SMS authentication, including OTP verification.
  • SEND_SMS: For sending messages within Salesforceapp for communication and transactions.
  • USB_PERMISSION: Access to connected USB devices.
  • ALARM_PERMISSION: Precise timing for notifications and data triggers.
  • REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: Running the app without battery optimization restrictions.
  • NOTIFICATION: Sending notifications to users.
  • CAMERA: Access for capturing photos and videos.
  • GALLERY: Access for selecting and uploading images and videos from the user’s gallery.
  • CALL_PHONE: Making phone calls directly from the app.
  • SIM DATA INFORMATION: Accessing mobile network information for carrier-specific services and SIM-based feature usages.
• Information We Collect Automatically

  We automatically collect information about your GPS location, Banglalink SIM information (such as network speed, signal strength, and cell ID) and various usage data.

• Data Deletion

  We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the information provided below.

• Data Security

  Banglalink implements reasonable security measures to protect information collected via our Apps from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to user information data and technology is password-protected and restricted to authorized personnel and vendors only, who need access to provide services to Banglalink. We utilize industry-standard technology to secure user information on our servers. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

• Children's Privacy

  Our App is not intended for children under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• Data Sharing

  We may share your information with third-party service providers to help us operate the App. Further, we may disclose your information if required by law or to comply with legal processes.

  We reserve the right to update Salesforceapp, this Policy, or its Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any revisions to this Policy will be effective upon posting.
